Founded and managed by Michael C. Isbir Jr., Isbir Construction & Landscape Corp. was formally established in 1997 under the name of Mickey’s Lawn Service. Our company originated and still is located in Elizabeth Township, Pennsylvania. Isbir Construction & Landscape Corp. provides services to the Pittsburgh Area. We offer our clients a wide, yet specialized range of services including drainage systems, Versa-Lok Retaining Wall Systems, Paving stones, and the landscaping to complete the job.
Our customers range from young couples to retired men and women to commercial and municipal clients. Our target clients are looking for high quality over an inexpensive price from a reputable and reliable contractor.

Mike Isbir started cutting grass in the sixth grade. He created the company and expanded to landscaping services while still just a junior in high school. He went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He focused his efforts on construction management and construction engineering. While earning his degree, he continued with his landscaping business during the summer breaks, consistently increasing the company’s clientele and equipment fleet. After a cooperative education experience with Brayman Construction Corporation, Mike gained specialized knowledge of the construction industry, specifically estimating and bidding.

We have staff members with engineering degrees and certifications in installing segmental retaining walls, Versa-Lok Retaining Walls, and interlocking concrete pavers. Our company also requires that all of its employees receive their class “A” commercial driver’s license to properly operate company vehicles.
